Conditions of participation
- Requirements for successful participation: You must install the app and create a wish list with a real e-mail address. You must also add products to your wish list and share the link to the wish list with other people to share your wishes. You will then automatically be entered into the draw.
You can of course create several wish lists via the app, but only the first one will be entered into the competition. - Organizer of the competition is wisheezy.de (operator see imprint).
- Participation period: Participation is possible from 29.10.2025 to 26.12.2025 (23:59).
- All natural persons residing in Germany who are at least 18 years old areeligible to participate.
- Prize: An Amazon voucher worth €100 will be raffled off among all valid entries. A cash payment or transfer of the prize is not possible.
- Prize draw: The winner will be drawn at random after the end of the participation period and notified by e-mail. The person will also be announced anonymously on our WhatsApp channel.
- Data protection: The data collected as part of the survey will be evaluated anonymously. Only the email address provided will be used to notify the winner. This will only be used for the purpose of processing the prize and will then be deleted. Further information can be found in our privacy policy.
- Exclusion from the competition: The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants who violate the conditions of participation or carry out technical manipulations.
- Legal recourse: Legal recourse is excluded.
